2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on VideoEasy's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on VideoEasy's website are provided "as is". VideoEasy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties.

4. Content Restrictions

You agree NOT to use VideoEasy to generate, upload, or process any content that is:

  • Sexual, adult, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content
  • Nude or partially nude imagery
  • Violence, gore, or harmful content
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Illegal activities or instructions
  • Content infringing on intellectual property rights

VideoEasy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these content restrictions without refund.

5. Limitations

In no event shall VideoEasy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on VideoEasy's website.
